How to mass unsubscribe from emails

Unsubscribing one email at a time is hopeless. Here's how to mass unsubscribe across Gmail, Outlook, or Yahoo in a few minutes — free, and without handing your inbox to a cloud service.

Step by step

  1. Install the free Mailbox Magic extension and open your webmail (Gmail, Outlook, or Yahoo).
  2. Open the Mailbox Magic panel and click Scan — it groups every sender with counts and flags the ones you rarely open.
  3. Sort by volume or "rarely opened" to surface the biggest offenders.
  4. Select the senders and click Unsubscribe — it uses each sender’s real unsubscribe link so the mail actually stops.
  5. Optionally Archive or Delete their existing mail in bulk, and Block anything with no unsubscribe option.

Why not just use the "unsubscribe" link in each email?

You can — but with hundreds of senders that takes hours, and many "unsubscribe" links are slow or hidden. Grouping by sender and acting in bulk is dramatically faster.

Is it safe?

Yes. Mailbox Magic runs locally in your browser, uses real unsubscribe links, scopes bulk actions to the exact senders you pick, and lets you undo. Nothing is uploaded.
